As of 2022 we are proud to introduce our latest endeavor, CnC House is open and available for booking! Conveniently located right across the street from CnC Event Hall, this spacious fully furnished home provides a perfect getaway equipped with two bedrooms, one and a half bath, and all the amenities one could need.
The living space is open concept with plenty of room for small gatherings such as bridal showers or dinner parties and provides that cozy home feeling without the stress of hosting an event at your own house. Also ideal for a relaxing bride’s night stay, both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and a full sized closet; the master bath includes a standing shower as well as a large mirror with beautiful lighting perfect for a getting-ready station for bridesmaids or brides before a wedding.
Towards the front of the house sits the newly applianced kitchen (for warming use only) as well as a warm and inviting dining room. With a full washer and dryer unit, the laundry room is equipped to handle any messes life may throw your way.
The CnC House is located on a beautiful three acres of land with a custom wrap-around back deck and a spacious front porch facing directly towards the main lawn of CnC Event Hall where you can sit to watch the sunset cascading through the tall oaks. The gated loop driveway can fit twelve vehicles and pulls through to a carport attached to the house.
